About the Sanitation Technician Role:
As part of the Food Safety Team at Hearthside, the Sanitor role is a critical foundational position to help ensure the production of safe wholesome foods. The qualified candidate will work with a variety of equipment to maintain cleanliness of the entire facility. The position consists of work which requires physical endurance and a willingness to perform manual tasks including working from heights on ladders and scissor lifts. Applicants must be able to work a flexible schedule, mandatory overtime as needed and in a variety of operating conditions. We will train you help you be successful in this role. Job Duties:
• Duties may include, but are not limited to the following:
• Disassemble and reassemble critical equipment and pumps
• Understand equipment instructions, manuals, specifications, and safety requirements
• Read instruments and record all required data
• Maintain cleanliness of all work areas
• Remove trash and debris
• Additional duties as assigned
