Rich Scalise – Chairman & CEO
Rich is a 32-year veteran of the food industry, most recently as President of Ralcorp Frozen Bakery Products, a division of Ralcorp Holdings, Inc. (NYSE: RAH). Rich’s career includes 18 years with ConAgra Foods (NYSE: CAG) culminating in his role as President and COO of ConAgra’s $3-billion Refrigerated Foods Division. Rich brings a wealth of senior leadership experience to this role.
James Wojciechowski – Chief Financial Officer
James brings 30 years of senior financial leadership experience to the Hearthside team, most recently serving as Chief Financial Officer of Ralcorp Holdings Frozen Bakery Products Group. Previous roles include Vice-President / Controller for Newell Rubbermaid, Inc. and also Chief Financial Officer for Hazelwood Farms, a Supervalu subsidiary. James holds an MBA from Webster University and is a Certified Public Accountant.
Brian McNamara – Vice President Sales / Marketing
Brian is a 30-year food industry veteran. His career includes tenures with ConAgra, Quaker Oats and Heinz in various leadership roles, including VP of Sales, VP of Business Development, and VP of Supply Chain and Director of Strategic Planning. Most recently, Brian served as CEO and President of Trade Management Partners Inc., a sales and marketing consultancy focused on the CPG industry.
Dwayne Hughes – Vice President Supply Chain
Dwayne Hughes is a 20-year veteran of the Food Industry. His career includes Quaker Oats, Nabisco, ConAgra Foods and most recently, Vice President of Supply Chain of Ralcorp Frozen Bakery Products, a division of Ralcorp Holdings. Dwayne has spent his entire career in the supply chain, managing plant operations, including the last ten years with multi-site responsibilities. Dwayne brings a wealth of knowledge of Continuous Improvement processes, including Lean Manufacturing and Total Productive Maintenance.
Steve England – Vice President Human Resources
Steve is a 28-year veteran of the packaging and food industry. His career includes key leadership assignments in Human Resources and Supply Chain with Continental Group, Quaker Oats, Supervalu (Hazelwood Bakeries) and Ralcorp Holdings. Prior to joining the Hearthside team, Steve was VP Human Resources for Ralcorp Holdings’ Frozen Bakery Products Division.
Jim Gaspar – Vice President/General Manager
Jim has over 30 years of food industry experience in sales, marketing and general management. His background includes senior leadership positions with ConAgra and Tyson; Jim served as President of both DFG Foods (IBP/Foodbrands) and Grecian Delight Foods. A graduate of the University of Illinois (Urbana), Jim also holds an MBA from Benedictine University and a Juris Doctor from The John Marshall Law School.
Bob Burchfield – Chief Information Officer
Bob brings twenty years of senior IT leadership experience in the food industry at firms that include Quaker Oats, ConAgra, Power Packaging, and Exel. His extensive background also includes engineering and operations. His recent roles have focused on ERP/WMS selection and implementation, as well as general IT operations.
